Service completed less than 2 hours-alignment, oil change, wash. To note-if you see complaints for wash wait- they are getting a free wash. You can pull in for a free wash anytime as a customer.

Have plenty of time if you plan to wait otherwise use the shuttle to MOA or work downtown.- Always great service here. Although I have never waited longer than I thought here. Looking at other comments, an hour and half to rotate tires and oil change would not annoy me.

April DavisAugust 17, 2012Plan on a over an hour for an oil change with appointment. And chances are they didn't rotate your tires like they said they did.

Over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. I even had an appointment. WTF?
