JessicaJanuary 5, 2013Rooms have terrible soundproofing. It's like being in a dorm. I can easily hear all the music and conversations in adjacent rooms... Ask at front desk for a "secluded" room.

just came from dinner and hanging at tropicana.. and i stink from head to toe with disgusting cigarette smoke.. kudos to revel for being smoke free!!!

The casino is too small and there's all this weird stuff hanging from the ceiling!!!!
Hello KittyJanuary 22, 2013Not worth the price. Slow service in EVERYTHING bc there's not enough staff, from restaurants, concierge, room svc, to drinks in casino. Nightclub bouncers openly ask for bribes 2b let into the club.

J To the BJuly 6, 2012Don't use the glasses in the bedroom. They don't wash them. Worst house keeping services ever. I left the room for 7 hours and when I came back, still not cleaned despite 2 calls.

Carl TamSeptember 6, 2013polish diner at night time service is poor. No one took care of you. Make sure you get tables by the front and not rear. Was there around 1130pm-1200am . service sucks we left.
Scott McClureDecember 31, 2012Don't eat at Lugo. Food is overpriced. I don't mind paying for a good pasta dish if it actually has flavor. Our entrees came on top of our app. felt like we were pushed through the meal. Disappointed.
