Hair was on my bathroom floor when I arrived & the next day my hair was mixed with it. There were crumbs left in the room.
Great hotel to host a convention! I've been working with them for over 3 years and they have been amazing! YRNC is 2 weeks away!!

Did not fluff the pillow that I obviously flattened. The drapes had holes & stains on them.
