I gave RR 2 tries; it's overrated! Terrible service, food is rushed & sloppy, management is overwhelmed, a homeless person urinated on the bathroom seat and floor (he came out before I went in).

Disappointing. Food was lacking flavor and service was subpar. Great atmosphere out front and in the bar area. Just wish the food would have matched.
