Blue Plate Special is a nice break from the other fare on Forbes. Plenty of Vegetarian options and Breakfast all day!

Extremely veg friendly. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options. I had the Veggie and Red Pepper Hummus Wrap. It was very good!!

Grilled cheese and tomato soup! Avoid the lunch rush by coming before noon. It gets crowded quickly.

You should try an OTY (oatmeal-tea-yogurt+fruit) Some flavors are much better than others.

Don't get the butternut squash soup. It's pretty bland. There's not a single sprinkle of seasoning in this cup. I didn't know it was possible to mess this up.
