Cleanest dim sum place you find in China Town. You don't have to sacrifice yumminess for that though. Only the thing you don't have is carts and I see it as you are being served fresh food

Lighting is oddly sultry (and red) for a dimsum joint. Small portions, pricier side - not my pick when I'm craving cheap yummy Chinese food and/or the familiar glow of neon Chinatown lighting.
