American Pale Ale - Palomino Pale Ale is our interpretation of an American style Pale Ale. We brew this beer using only the finest American barley & ops & add even more hops as it ages to give it a great balanced citrusy taste & aroma.

IPA- AlesSmith IPa used to be known as "Irie Pirate Ale." however some nasty patent attorneys think the name is to similar to another brand, so we had to cease & desist." It's a darn shame, but it beats an obnoxious legal battle, in both expenses & Excedrin. Don't worry though, we won't change the beer (which is a MUCH better IA than the "other" brand) . It was conceived as an American-style IPA to satisfy the yearnings of the most die-hard hopeheads

IPA- An‏ instant classic, Union Jack is the recipient of numerious awards including back to back wins at the Great American Beer Festival. Union Jack is abound w/ hop aroma & chaacter. In fact this well balanced, west coast IPA is dry hopped 3 separate times, each lot giving it more & more of the grapefruit citrus hop aroma & flavir it is known for. Overall it utilized over 4 pounds of pacific northwest hops per barrel.

German Hefeweizen - Award winning example of an authentic, traditional Bavarian (southern german) style Wheat Ale.

Red Rocket Ale is a bastardized scottish style red ale that traces it's origins to our homebrew roots. This full bodies & hoppy brew finishes on the palate w/ sweet caramel malt flavors. 2009 California State Fair- Silver 1998 Great American Beer Festival Other Strong Ales-Silver

Belgian Ale - Rare Vos is flemmish for "sly fox." & the name of one of Brussel's great cafes. It has a sweetly fruity malt character & yeastly spiciness. A fine dose of yeast permits the beer to mature & mellow in the bottle.

American Strong Ale - We brewed this especially bitter ale in dedication to all the world's would be astronauts, in remembrance of the 2005 St. Patric's Day Massacre on the brewerly par grounds & also in joyous celbration of our 20 day suspention that following January. Do the crime. Do the time. Get bragging rights. Cheers!

Abbey Tripel - A unique marriage between the English tradition of IPA, the new American revolution of Imperial IPAs & the classic Belgian way of brewing, Houblon Chouffe, although very much hopped as it is, showcases the unique balance between a very strong IPA & a very special Belgian Tripel exclusively created for this ale (Big matlty body, distinc dryness, expressive estery fruitiness) -

Imperial Double IPA - Hoppier, maltier & w/ more alcohol than a standard IPA, Hercules Double IPA definitely is not for the faint of heart. Hercules Double IPA is however an elixir ft for the gods. A brash but creamy wonder, hercules double ipa delivers a huge amount of piney floral & citrusy hop aroma & flavor form start to finish. Pilsner - 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Nothern Brewers hops. Heaps o' hops are hiding uner the full frothy head of this elegant pils. All german malt subleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quncher.
