Pick Up and Delivery, Procedure and Terms

Laundry doctor pickup and delivery service will provide customer with laundry bags and identification cards. Laundry doctor pickup and delivery service reserves the right not to pick-up items that are not in these bags but may at its discretion choose to do so if it is otherwise asked to pick-up items not in the provided bags. Customer agrees not to include (1) non-washable items in the laundry bag, (2) items that are labeled for dry-cleaning only (3) any other items not meant for laundering or dry-cleaning in, or attached to any of the items to be cleaned or inside any of the bags. Customer is responsible for any and all damage caused by any items left in its clothing or in the bags that cause any damage to the clothing, cleaning machines, or anything else

Our Delivery Process

Laundry doctor pickup and delivery service's will pick-up the customer's laundry bag upon the customer's request drop-off time for the clothing occurs at least 24 hours after the time of pickup. Pick-ups and drop-offs will occur monday through friday. Laundry doctor pickup and delivery service will not take place on selected holidays. Laundry doctor pickup and delivery service reserves the right to determine the pick-up and drop-off times at its own discretion and reserves the right to reschedule such times upon prior notice to customer.

When you bring your table linens to us to take care of we not only press them to perfection we also are experts at removing stains. Quilters and Sewers

Washing and ironing fabrics before assembling a garment or a quilt is an impotent part of creating a quality finished product. We can make the that step easy and quick just bring us your new fabrics and will wash and press them and your ready to start sewing. If the fabric needs to be color fasted we will pre-dry the fabrics in one of our hi-heat commercial dryers to help set the color.

With our‏ 79 inch continuous roller press we can make any flat curtain, drape or sheer look like new or better. We are also affordable our ironer is is designed to be more that three time efficient that other cleaners. Most cleaners press these items in small sections that takes allot of time and is hard to create a constant flat finish.
