For me it was an ok hotel in the city.staff yes they do their job very well.it was very noisy.window side of our room was very noisy it feels like were sleeping close to the fridge.very annoying.

They should improve check in process, more than 15 minutes of waiting still not accommodated. And there are only a few guests checking in.

We've gone to quest several times other than the reception/front desk staff everyone seems to be nice. The front desk staff are incompetent and rude.
