If the pillows are too steep and are making your neck hurt, don't be an idiot like I am and wait until you've stayed here for over a month before you ask for more flaccid ones.

My initial tiny gripes still withstanding and probably beyond anybody's control, I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were totally lovely to us every step of the way, and took excellent care.

The abominable, Fourth-World Internet is a given--it's a hotel in Australia and it's "only" 2013. My only other complaint is that the "relaxing" and "refresh" signs don't stay on the doors AT ALL.
