Mandy MooFebruary 7, 2017Just checked in. Massively over rated AND hugely overpriced, definitely not coming back. Room tiny and noisy, rude reception & poor quality bedding. Can't find anything positive to say sorry 😐
Called the lobby for some help with our tv and someone was up to assist us within 5 minutes. They were super friendly and very helpful.- Easy access to and from Museum station on the Airport Line.

Is it normal to find daily 1-2 flies around the food in the restaurant that serves breakfast?!
- The Exec Lounge is nice with great views and great drinks - just ask for Pol to mix you one!
Pol in the Executive Lounge and Odessa and Lorraine in the Restaurant make the stay extra special.

nice hotel , good view of Hyde parkand the museum is just around the connor^ ^
Room 805 is a shocker... I think the entire hotel's water system runs through its ceiling. Hotel staff seem uninterested in this issue - maybe they live in a public lab?
