- Mandy MooFebruary 7, 2017Just checked in. Massively over rated AND hugely overpriced, definitely not coming back. Room tiny and noisy, rude reception & poor quality bedding. Can't find anything positive to say sorry 😐
- Called the lobby for some help with our tv and someone was up to assist us within 5 minutes. They were super friendly and very helpful.
- Easy access to and from Museum station on the Airport Line.
- Jacqueline MayAugust 11, 2015Get the room facing the harbour. If not you will be facing the back of other buildings which is not so pretty.
- T_dslFebruary 21, 2013Australian electrical outlets differ from most.Dont forget to ask for an adapter from the concierge as they might run out.
- Mhd SaoudFebruary 19The hotel is not 5-stars from service and cleanness point of view. Is it normal to find daily 1-2 flies around the food in the restaurant that serves breakfast?!
- The Exec Lounge is nice with great views and great drinks - just ask for Pol to mix you one!
- Pol in the Executive Lounge and Odessa and Lorraine in the Restaurant make the stay extra special.
- Tamara GOctober 21, 2015Breakfast is basic, don't expect a huge buffet, but the view to Hyde park is very pretty!
- Greg LockwoodMay 1, 2010The smoked salmon at the restaurant on level 1 was really good (I had it at a wedding reception, but it may be available at other times).
- nice hotel , good view of Hyde parkand the museum is just around the connor^ ^
- Room 805 is a shocker... I think the entire hotel's water system runs through its ceiling. Hotel staff seem uninterested in this issue - maybe they live in a public lab?
