Exotic/unique tea flavors. I ordered a Masala Chai hoping it'd be more flavorful than Starbucks' Chai Tea Latte but was actually not too flavorful and had a bitter taste.

For a place thats called PR tea, they don't know how to brew tea. I ordered a coconut chai, it tasted like weird hot water, had to add cinnamon and other stuff to make it actually taste like something
