I am a holistic chiropractor who focuses on the reasons that people experience pain rather than just treating symptoms. In my practice, I utilize a variety of techniques that include chiropractic and soft tissue manipulation, rehabilitative exercise, and health coaching. I have a large network of complementary providers with whom I work in case my patients need these services. These include acupuncture, massage and physical therapy, nutritional counseling, naturopathy, or medicine.

Begin with a hot herbal foot soak which will release muscle tension while your hands and arms are massaged. Next, your therapist will massage your feet and legs and press on all the "reflex" points with a medicine stick. Finish with a head, neck, and shoulder massage (60 mins) .

A customizable 60 OR 90- minutes session that can combine modalities to fit your needs. No massage is ever the same. These sessions incorporate a blend of techniques and are performed by senior therapists.

For any type of athlete, Sports Massage will assist in injury prevention and improved training. All varieties of sports and physical activities can lead to imbalances that can cause injury. By improving circulation, eliminating tight spots, and working out adhesions that impede optimal performance, massage can facilitate repair and help to keep athletes at their best. Not typically a full body massage, but focused on one or two particular areas.

Chi Nei Tsang, also called Chinese Abdominal Massage. Chi Nei Tsang encourages the internal organs to detox and work more efficiently. Practitioners work mainly on the abdomen with deep, soft and gentle touches, to train internal organs to work more efficiently. It is recommended that you not eat anything heavy before your Chi Nei Tsang session, though a light meal or snack is perfectly fine and even encouraged.

Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back) , and spinal column. CST is noninvasive. It uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. Useful applications of this modality include: chronic headaches, chronic and recent stress, neck injury both chronic and recent, TMJ, recovery from recent dental work, low back pain both chronic and recent, trauma, recent surgery, digestive dysfunction, and trouble sleeping. During and after a session, generally expect relaxation, enhanced sense of well-being, improved ease of function and possible gentle release of physical and emotional blockages. When addressing specific issues, a series of sessions may be most effective.

Trigger Point Therapy is a bodywork modality that directly addresses tightly wound nodules and bands of muscle tissue, allowing them to unwind to provide relief from referred pain and discomfort for long-lasting results. A trigger point is a small patch of tightly contracted muscle, an isolated spasm affecting just a small patch of muscle tissue rather than the whole muscle mass. That small patch of knotted muscle cuts off its own blood supply, which irritates it even more, causing a vicious cycle. This type of bodywork can be greatly beneficial for athletes and people with targeted muscle issues.
