This is the best yoga studio by far. The serenity that the place exudes overtakes your sense. The moment you step in the studio you feel restore. Highly recommended.
I love this place. They are serious about yoga and respect the practice. Richard's candlelight class on Mondays is subliminal. They also have kundalini. Every now & then they host fire ceremonies- Best yoga studio. Susie is a great teacher. Tuesday night basic yoga class.
KatMay 3, 2014For Prenatal, call ahead. I went there and they merged the class with a basic and didn't have the change online.
Kelly SAugust 20, 2011I don't recommend the 'basic' class unless you're really new to yoga. You'll get a great stretch but won't break a sweat.- If you're looking for a good basic class, take Susie's Thursday at 7:30 pm.
