Once upon a long long time ago, there was amusement park in the valley around "Ponce de Leon Springs" (which is now buried under City Hall East). They called it "the Coney Island of Atlanta".
It is ok. Some good, if overwrought, food options, though very pricey, and parking is a mess. Takes the trendy food market trope almost into farcical territory.
Indoor outdoor seating with trendy atmosphere. Do not come to this place if you are hungry. Restaurants are very expensive with small portions of food.
Ponce City Market is an adaptive reuse development that will introduce more than a million square-feet of retail, office and residential space to Atlanta.
