Nice room, fully renovated. Smells super clean. Perfect for the price.
Ok ... Expedia sucks , they didn't reserve the room with online booking ... The lady at reception was so kind and give me another super room in the south tower ..

Bonnie O'BierDecember 14, 2012Casino staff was miserable. Not a smile to be found! No paying outs. They only got 30 bucks from me because the vibe was ...well what vibe?? And it also took over 45 mins for us 2 get an extra blanket
What a difference a year makes. From check in to check out: Nightmare! Surley valet & bell staff. Who puts 1 bellman on w/group of 500 rooms checking in? Dirty rooms. Miserable staff. Not worth $$

It was are first time staying at the plaza. It wasn't to bad.
