Everything is perfect, atmoy, staffs, view and coffees are so perfect. The music also are so nice and I really enjoy my time, highly recommended

Poor customer service and wrong staff to serve when it comes to a 5 star hotel. They have no clue about anything, and It takes 60 min for light snacks order. I won't come back.

Very poor service, unwelcoming staff, and thier light snacks take around 55 minutes to get served!!!! Don't waste your money in this cheap place!

Unwelcoming service. Afternoon tea sandwich stand came covered in dust, really dirty, and the donut is already i think expired
