Skinny mini and java jolt taste great but only bc they have the most sugar. For my post workout i go w bodybuilder or banana nut blast, depending on my need for healthy fat intake for the day.
Great gym for a great price of only $10 a month and $20 a month if you sign up for classes! And don't get me started on the personal training...a must! Best thing you can ever spend your money on!- If you want to take Denise's amazing Zumba classes, plan to be at the gym at least 20 mins before the class starts.

I would love of all the employees would yell at the gross people who sweat all over and dont wipe.down the machines!! You are wandering around the gym anyway please embarrass these people!!!
When are the people who work here going to stop people from yapping constantly on their cell phones?- Don't go between 5pm and 8pm Monday through Thursday. It's a crowded mad house!
Awesome gym, but be careful - its impossible to park anywhere between 5:30 - 7:30 pm. Plan ahead.
Zumba with Denise on Sunday mornings/Monday nights. Every other class is irrelevant.- Cheap gym, but buyer beware because you get what you pay for. I would have left long ago if they didn't have some of the better Zumba instructors.
