If you want to get a good workout in, but don't want to wait around for machine's to free up, i'd suggest holding off on coming here until 7pm.

Check out the PF Express 30 Minute Workout. It's easy to get into and over before you know it!

If you wear too much perfume or cologne they lunk alarm you and tell u not to come back until you've showered.

No food network or cooking channel like the other cap region pf locations, total bummer.
