Today was my first time working out here. Staff are friendly and it's great to finally to work out with updated equipment. My new favorite exercise equipment is the ARC Trainer.Upvoted Jul 13- Ashton PrasatekMay 13, 2013I used to work at a Fitness 19. The fact that I see at least one staff member here cleaning every time I'm here amazes me. Very clean gym for the size and monthly fee.
The 30 minute workout is the best and hardly anyone uses it! Good for me though :-)
Wear decent attire. I don't want to see your bra or underwear ladies. It's a gym, not a club.
A few new songs on the iPod and a new "Wait Wait Don't Tell Me" ... Ready.
- They didn't get Jet's Pizza this time around. Some local place. Not very good.
