- Sat. afternoons are a good time to go. Not too many ppl are there at that time.
- Stretch, abs, 30 minute whole body work out, 20 minutes treadmill & sttrreettccccchhhhh! Ben & I make it here at least 3x wk.
- Avoid the first Monday of the month....free pizza to get in the way of your goals.
- Their cardio machines have iPhone/iPod hook-ups! Cool!

- Pretty much a mixed bag as far as staff - some are hella rude while others are the opposite. Equipment is okay at best.
- Mornings are better not that many people. It's 845pm and it's PACKED
