Lance LugoMarch 22, 2014My 1st Saturday in this gym around 930 really good time to go equipment is available and cardio as well. Just bring some conan the barbarian soundtrack to get the blood flowing
All I can say is : STAFF IS AWESOMEEEE !!! Friendly, courteous, helpful....- Though it can be busy at times the staff is always super helpful and quick to get you checked in.
Try to get there before everyone gets off of work. It's nearly impossible to get to the machines you want afterwards.
To avoid crowds, come in the mornings. On Saturday's and Sunday's is never full
Yeah it's nuts at 5 o'clock on a work day I'm going to have to start going at seven-ish!
The hydromassage bed is the best massage device ever.
Mon. Tues. Are the worse days to come from 5-(till about)7ish is CRAZY! Weekends are awesome, nobody is here!
Open 24/7 on week days. So, go any time after 1am its super empty.
- Not bad on a Saturday morning. Haven't gone after work yet so we'll see
If you go about 5:00 on a weekday it's more like a club than a gym. Fridays are just ridiculous.
