This place can get crazy after work/school. Try to come earler in the morning or later at night.

Not really for a fitness enthusiast.. Standard equipment, I have yet to see anyone clean behind themselves and no variety... My home gym is better and free;-))

Worst gym I have ever been in weird people and it makes working out here very uncomfortable rocky mounts is ALoT better
