- Tons of cardio equipment! Don't miss the ab area downstairs in the corralled off section. Great for stretching/Pilates and core exercises.
- People are cool. I don't understand the 200+ treadmill/stair machine type cardio things and only 4 bench/squat cages... Never a good time to avoid crowds with free weights. Tried 5am,2pm&10pm
- Reduce grains in your diet by spreading peanut butter on celery rather than bread. Celery is also high in natural sodium & potassium.
- Never give up on yourself! Make you a priority and keep pushing yourself! You will be surprised what you can achieve!
- Better than the 27th Street location. Less crowded during peak hours and more room for free weights and abs.
- The gym is 24/7 also open on holidays no excuses not to go to the 💪gym & get in shape #health&Fitness
- Makes no difference if it's day or night. I'm finding a way to make time & hit the gym to keep myself fit. Gym was pretty empty earlier due to the rain
- Do not come here within the hours of 5-9pm! Not only does it smell like straight doo doo... No one reracks the weights when done using them! Other than that this gym is awesome! :)
- Make sure you eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. They are full of nutrients, low on calories, and make you feel full!
- Don't you hate when someone sits on a machine does 1 set then spends the next 5-7 minutes texting or talking on the phone? Do that later. Get your sets done so the more serious can use the machines
- At a restaurant the best side choice is by far steamed vegetables. Most everything else is packed with high sodium and calories.
- Think positively, Exercise daily, Eat healthy, Work hard, Stay strong, Worry less, Dance more, Love often, Be happy.
- You can actually burn more calories eating celery than you take in from it. It also helps lower blood pressure!
- Just finished a workout. This place is GREAT on early Sat mornings. No crowds. No ppl on phones talking for 5 minutes then doing a set.
- Use apple cider vinegar with meals to improve digestion. Take a spoonful once per day after your largest meal. #NowYouKnow
- 50 crunches, 25 leg lifts, 50 bicycles, 25 squats, 15 sumo squats, 50 calve raises, 100 arm circles, 15 push-ups, 50 jumping jacks.
- Don't you dare complain about your weight and then eat a bag of chips. If you're unhappy, then work on changing it!
- Be proud of all the little things you accomplish..in the end those little things add up to big numbers!
- Stop looking for immediate results your body is a work in progress. Respect it. Nourish it. Love it.
- They have the new ab machines and an abs circuit. Great atmosphere to workout in.

- Always stretch when you wake up. Stretching gets your blood flowing & helps you become fully awake.
- Do not cancel your planet fitness membership to go to The blink gym located up the block they are strict and will cancel your membership if they assume you are personal training some one there
- Work out your legs gentlemen! You look absolutely silly with your jacked up arms and chicken legs!
- After a good workout Apple slices and peanut butter are a great after gym snack.
- To get the best results, don't just workout OR eat right. Do BOTH at the same time.
- People are nice and the staff is friendly and helping.
- Just finished a workout after watching the Knicks lose...Again. better to beat up my body & see results than break my tv set
- Go Nuts: They slim your tummy by keeping it full. Stick to 24 almonds a day.
- I can only go up to 450lbs on the leg press machine some body is hiding the 45lbs plates
- Open 24/7 and affordable! This is so good for our neighborhood!
- Just got outta the gym. Ppl in their 50s &60s was in there going hard. No excuses at any age is what that told me. Let's get this healthy lifestyle going ppl
