30 minute circuit training is useless here...machines aren't numbered so people are going around in both directions or just using one machine for several minutes at a time. Dislike.

Ethan AndersonJune 16, 2015Terrible customer service for Billing Issues. Staff is incompetent. Management is rude and does not care about it's customers. I'd suggest anyone find a different gym to patronize.
the 215 socialiteJanuary 10, 2012STTS = treadmill, MWF = circuit training. Now open 24/7, and only $10/month, so I'm out of excuses.
for a challenging workout try the circuit... 25 reps each machine, NO REST!
