All ingredients are housemade, italian imported or sourced locally, organic & fresh from a local farm when available!

Nutella Pizza

Blonde dough (slightly under cooked) smothered w/ nutella spread, topped w/ dollops of ricotta

We use only imported Italian San Marzano tomatoes grown in the mineral rich volcanic soil of the foothills of Mount Vesuvius. We also use only the finest imported Italian cheeses, imported Prosciutto di Parma, & meats. Our olive oil is imported cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. Our vegetables are organic & locally grown by Early Girl Farm in East Moriches.

We make our own Sausage & fresh Mozzarella!

Our pizza menu is complemented by a wonderful variety of delicious imported Italian wines & beers.
