Try to not sit on the communal tables, unless you want to be bumping elbows with strangers all night. Staff is a lot friendlier at lunchtime

Old fave that's too noisy, too busy and too drunk to ever get truly boring. Great place to cover up a bad conversation or a potentially taciturn date partner. Pulled Pork Pizza isn't half bad either

Had an odd experience here, on asking for la bill the waitress returned with a slice of cake & a candle (boy's b'day) nice touch, til I found they'd charged me for something I'd never ask for; weird.
