They have all kinds of specialty pizzas. Although I tried a ton (including their apple pizza pie), the Cubano was by far the best! It doesn't sound good (mustard, pork, pickles) but it really is.
The staff here is fantastic! Pur waitress was so friendly and the food was so great. A little pricey but it was worth it. We brought family here from out of town and she absolutely loved it
Vegetarian and vegan options. Try the deep dish vegan pizza with vegan cheese and vegan sausage... Excellent! You have to call ahead to order vegan pizza.
Deep dish pizza, their crust is amazing. Quality of food is amazing. Service is great. No complaints! I split the pizza, it looks like a lot of marinara sauce but it’s not bad at all.
What a wonderful choice! The service was excellent, the chicken wings were the meatiest I've ever had, the pizza was to die for, AND they have an extensive selection of diverse beers! A must in DC!
Loved the food and the deep dish is good but expect cheese and heaviness, which later I kinda wished I ordered thin crust instead but nonetheless the toppings made it still worthwhile.
The Berkley perfectly balances the acidity of dark olives and tomato sauce with roasted zucchini, onions, and Pi's buttery crust. Brilliant choice for a summer evening.
They took off their pre-designed vegan pie from the menu but anything can be made vegan w their sausage and daiya. Their pizza is delicious and a must for vegans in DC!!
On the fence here. Service good, great beer selection. Had a deep dish pizza. Ingredients good, pizza average. I eat a lot of deep dish in Chicago-definitely better-will be back for thin crust.
The thin crust was delicious. And they have a great array of veer for the beer lovers. I truly enjoyed the bar zone. However I also liked the idea of the private dining area.
The deep-dish cornmeal crust pizza is amazing, and they have good beer and cocktails. They are friendly with kids and the place is so loud your kids can be pretty wild without bothering anyone.
The tasty Pi Common beer is brewed specifically for the Pi pizzerias by Schlafly, a Saint Louis microbrewery. It's essentially a hoppy California common.
Make sure to get a deep dish pizza--I had the Berkeley and it was fantastic. They also have gluten-free pizza, but that's only available for small thin crust pizzas.
The BLT salad adds a touch of heat with pepperoncini to an interesting riff on a wedge salad while you wait for your deep dish. If you're an olive fan, indulge in the green olives on your pizza.
Their deep dish “The Kirkwood” cops ingredients like mozzarella, Italian meatballs, and red peppers, presumably named for what Shatner gets every time he hears someone mention deep dish pizza. Read more
Great food! But they were a nightmare about getting the check figured out among a large group, so bring cash & pay together. Also, you have to bring your own birthday candles...
I had the thin crust Delmar pizza and it was excellent! Service was good until I received my food. After that, my waiter was nowhere to be found. Had to hunt him down in order to receive the check.
