Ready to join the pinnacle community? We offer a variety of plans to fit individuals, couples, and companies. Memberships begin at 40.00 a month. Call us or visit us today for more information on pricing structures and options.
Afraid of commitment? Give us a test run! Trial memberships are available to residences of the Omaha metro area.

Classes
Pinnacle fitness club classes are a great way to work out, be social, and use the community for support in accomplishing your fitness goals! Let our certified and trained fitness professionals work with you in strength-training, conditioning, flexibility, and toning. Most group exercise classes are open to all ages and fitness levels.
Body assault
This group weight-training class will help you develop strength, core stability, and stamina with proper weight-lifting techniques. We use barbells, dumbbells, and body resistance to work every major muscle group.
Core strength
Designed to target your torso working all aspects of you abdominals and back, this class sculpts your abs and strengthens your core, which is the key to your overall strength
Cycle xpress
Ideal for beginners or busy people, this 30 minute workout allows you to get your cycle in without committing to a full-length class.
Cyco-therapy
At the heart of cyco-therapy is community. Nothing is better than a great cycle workout as you enjoy great conversations with your fellow pfc peeps. In 45 minutes you will work on your multi-tasking skills, as you talk you will still push yourself to your limit. It's a great class to get a workout in while enjoying conversation.
Sunrise/sunset surprise
Do you like surprises this class is for you! Class will begin in the ge room. Formats could include: treadmill, bootcamp, outdoors, sweat and more! It's good to surprise your mind and body.
Yoga
Our yoga classes focus on breath, posture, and meditation, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated! Classes are offered for beginner and intermediate students throughout the week:
Power yoga
Find the edge you've been looking for in your yoga practice! Be prepared to power through a warrior-based vinyasa with arm-balances, inversions, and crazy asanas you never thought you could do. All levels are welcomed and encouraged!
Yogalates
Fuses the disciplines of yoga, pilates, and core-conditioning to produce long, lean muscles and a strong, flexible body. This one-hour class allows the participant to work from the inside out, creating a unique, results-oriented class experience. This class is open to all levels and no experience is required.
Aqua fit
Cardiovascular conditioning can be done in the water too! Without the pounding on joints, this class provides great exercise and toning, leading to improved range of motion, strength, coordination, and flexibility. It's all about fun and connecting with members without the sweat!
Camp pfc
No fancy footwork required. Pace yourself or go the limit in this ultimate total body workout! Athletic driven movements inspire this simple, yet challenging circuit workout. No matter what your level of fitness you see yourself becoming stronger, fitter and tougher!
Cycle mania
Get your sweat on with this 90 minute ride that is sure to deliver a calorie deficit! This class mimics an outdoor riding experience, combining endurance, interval, and cadence control to increase cardiovascular capacity. Maintain year-round endurance, especially during the off-season. The goal for this ride is to endure.
Cycling
This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints, and other drills to give you a great interval workout. Come find the inspiration you have been looking for to help you achieve your personal goals. This class is for the beginner as well as teh seasoned cyclists.
Piloxing
The first program that blends the muscle sculpting of standing pilates, the strengthening and cardio of boxing and the fun and sensuality of dance into a high energy interval workout. Piloxing students transform into tough and agile boxers, gracious ballerinas and hip street dancers all in one class
S.W.E.A.T.
S.W.E.A.T. Stands for strength-weights-endurance-athletic-training, and sweating is what you will be doing! This exciting class is the best combination of cardio and weights yet!
Gentle yoga
Time to relax! This class teaches the basics of yoga postures, breathing, and balance. No previous yoga experience required!
Vinyasa yoga
This class is offered for beginner and intermediate students. The class will include breath work, posture, meditation, and relaxation. You will leave this class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
Zumba
Add some spice to your workout! This latin-based dance-exercise is fun and easy to do, with high-energy music and unique combinations. No dance experience required
Personal training
We offer personal training programs at low rates to our members. Programs are tailored to your individual needs. They can include fitness evaluations, workout development, instruction and motivation, swimming lessons, bridal bootcamps and other assistance to help you get the most out of your fitness routine
