Salteñas and soups.I live in Raleigh, North Carolina,so when I have a chance to go, I look for Bolivian restaurants. Pic is my version of "Pique macho" another fave is "Charquecan" made of beef Jerky
Despite the name, they serve Bolivian food, not pizza. Try the salteñas (only available on weekends, and better than Pan American next door, IMHO) or the lomo borracho. You'll dream about them after!
NOT a pizza place at all. It's a Bolivian joint. Anyway, get the salteñas! (Chicken or Beef) Watch out for olive pits in them, though! At $2.50 each where two fill you up, it's unexpectedly delicious.
