- Charity Martin-ViaFebruary 21, 2013I was a skeptic, now I believe. The "moves" arent difficult to pick up. You dont have to be a dancer or uber-stylish to catch on. I burned 1200 calories. I'm big on cardio and wasn't dissapointed.
