One of the few distilleries to produce gin made using potatoes. Really friendly people and well worth a visit. Also check out the epic landscape on the doorstep.

I learned lots about the vodka distillery process and fermentation! Tyler and Lorien are great hosts and teachers, make sure you drop by for vodka created from organic potatoes.
