Room was expensive and we didn't get the one reserved. Told the AC was out. The roomy and scenic corner room was the only reason for booking here. Waiting on a $50 refund. Small, cramped, no rags.

WiFi and cell signal here sucks. there's no cell phone coverage in the meeting halls and they have limited WiFi sessions. terrible place for conferences. get there early or you'll be offline.

On the lobby level choose your floor BEFORE you get in the elevator … once you're in the elevator you can't!

Wifi expensive, poor connection on cell phone. House cleaning is poor, carts left on hallways with vacuum cleaner left without picking up cord, someone could fall. Front desk polite, accommodating.

Way to fancy lobby and then you go in to the room and way less fancier , it dosnt even have a fridge no tv guide and ac makes to much noise

Big room, weak water in the shower, elevators really sucks and very good location. As i come to the hotel only to sleep it's OK!

Pretty hotel, terrible elevator service. Small, slow, sometimes broken, poor indication of which elevator bank goes to which floor level.

Wifi is crazy expensive, 15 dollars for 1 day, that is half the price for what i pay @ home for 1 month. Rooms are okay do.

WiFi Connectivity is very Inconsistent, you may have WiFi Signal on your iPhone or Blackberry but No Internet Connection, Disappointed :(

The room looks like it hasn't been updated in 25 years, it smells of mildew, the AC barely works, and it's more humid in the room than outside. Gross.

The worst guest service in any hotels I've been. From overbooking reserved rooms to not responding to service requests, PC Hotel isn't worth the money.

This hotel is pure awful. you will wait fifteen minutes for an elevator. And that's the least of the problems. Do not stay here.
