- Free wifi in lobbies on 1st & 2nd floors. Also, good exercise room on 3rd floor.
- RexOctober 24, 2017Nice hotel in a central location. Lobby looks modern and renovated, but the rooms are a bit dated.
- Erin ProudfootNovember 27, 2012Has a private nursing/pumping room that locks, with comfy chair, outlet, table, sink, and fridge. AMAZING.
- Great location. Great staff. Great rooms. Great food. Overall, Great hotel. Highly recommend!
- Chonnikan SiripattananukulchaiMay 26, 2019Excellent location but that's the only good point about it. Old outdated room. So so service. $50 for 3 hours late check-out.
- J BJanuary 28, 2018You’re paying for a lifestyle brand name and not an actual nice stay! Just saying!!
- W GJuly 8, 2013If you want to sleep in, make sure you have your "do not disturb" sign outside your door. Housekeeping comes by as early as 8:30am.
- Scott MillerJanuary 22, 2012Get a room on the club level and get free breakfast on the 31st floor overlooking the city.
- Anna KarnowskiMay 28, 2011Great location, by lots of great shopping! The lounge is very upscale and better if you are on an expense account!
- TWEET-UP TONIGHT! cityhouse at Parc 55 Hotel. First 15 to RT, drink on the house! Happy Hour extended 'til 8pm for attendies!
- Check out the soda machines for mello yello, and other drinks from other eras
- "Go West, Young Man!" does not apply to this location, especially after dark, unless you're prepared to run. It'll be an adventure though.
- Good: Location, BART accessibility, clean, nice-smelling toiletries, comfy couches.
- TDecember 14, 2016Typically stay in SPG properties (all ranges) and was pretty disappointed at how old/shabby this was compared to the $$$
- I've been here a dozen times and just found a Thai place on second floor. Random!
- Jeff CarterSeptember 30, 2013The pillows in this hotel come in two sizes. 1- half mattress. 2- Polly pocket.
- adriana castroNovember 20, 2016It's comfortable but not worth 40 dollars per night "upgrade" to be on the top floors
- Jennie McFarlingSeptember 18, 2011Effed up our reservations. Like in 1 room tonight with double beds and move in the morning. Had us arriving a.d leaving on the wrong day.
- Don't plan on unpacking too much clothing. Closet and drawer space is exceedingly limited. Must not be used to people staying longer than 2 days...
- The earplugs provided in the room are a necessity. The windows seem to magically amplify street noise from 20 stories below.
- Best view in the city!!! I think I'm going to consider becoming a resident here.
- Nick PittoniMay 16, 2015left a good review. but man, the separated breakfast? feels like apartheid lol
- Rooms are decent sized, but hotel is run down for the price. Good location.
- Thai food is authentic is delicious. Friendly staff. Yum
- Yuri VictorSeptember 16, 2013DANGER ZONE. If you need internet do not stay here. ~30% packet loss on the extra cost "premium" WiFi with an average 760ms ping to google when it doesn't timeout.
- Devin WinterbottomMarch 18, 2014Remarkably bad service at the front desk. Convention week and a line 15 deep is left waiting for 20 minutes while a single desk attendant fails to process even one guest checkin.
