THE BAD: toilet paper to thin, bathroom light takes to long to warm up, soaps dry you skin, water level on toilets too high will wet your hand. THE GOOD: location, towels, tub, price. Sum up: GREAT!!
Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. It's remarkably dirty and run-down. You can get a better room a few blocks south at hotels like Hilton GardenInn.
If your over 5.5' the rooms will be way to small for you. And the inside doesn't look anything like what's online. Stayed here a year ago and this place is headed in a very bad direction.
Great lobby and location. Its unbelievable that in a four stars hotel you are required to pay wifi. Even the worst hotels offer free wifi. The room for two is too small.
The rooms are extremely small, you can barely move around or place your bag. When I first entered the room the sheets were dirty, the bathroom wasn't clean, the lights flicker, AC is very loud!!! 👎🏼
Recently rennovated. Sounds looks like an Express store. Stafffriendly, but room wasn't ready for check in until 430 so we had to wait around for 1.5 he's before checking in...
Renuvated Broadway Petite. Small room. Not much wider than single bed. Small "closet" w/ safe & 2 drawers. Dresses will bunch. Small bathroom w/ shower stall. Clean. Pricey, but nice location.
The smallest, rudest hotel I've ever stayed at. Only benefit: proximity to Hell's Kitchen and Times Square. Design is disjointed; disinterested staff makes it worse.
The bustle of the street disappears as you step inside Paramount Hotel. Our Times Square, New York hotel’s chic, two-story lobby, with its reflective fireplace, dramatic lighting, and rich textures, sets the stage for a hip, indulgent experience.
