I love pbt and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. I tan 4-6 days a week and I'd def go elsewhere if I had any issues! I've never had a single problem in the 7 months I've been coming :)

Nice company. But old location. So Old machines. :( The same machine 10 min here equal 5 min at new location!

It would be nice if management scheduled more than one person to work the counter on Saturdays. Been here for 45 minutes. 20 to ck in, now waiting for versa.
