At Overflow, we start with the best tasting, fairly-traded, and environmentally-friendly ingredients for our drinks. Our coffee goes a step beyond fair trade to pay farmers at least 25% more. All of our teas are fair trade certified and organic. Our chocolate is grown and processed in Ghana. Our pastries and breads are all natural, preservative free and baked fresh just for us. They are made at a local, European-style bakery committed to using local ingredients. Also, because they're European, they use less sugar and real butter and cream.
