Our qualified staff will help you get started with an effective program upon joining with us! General fitness coaching is offered to all of our members. This is a one-on-one session with a certified personal trainer that addresses a number of fitness components. Not only will you get help setting goals and learning how to reach them, but we will also use the latest industry assessment tools to determine exactly where your level of fitness lies upon joining. Having this information is essential to kicking off a healthy and proper workout program.

The onslow fitness certified personal trainers provide the motivation, education, guidance, and individual instruction required to achieve personal fitness goals. Trainers will design a tailored exercise program for each individual that reflects the client?s objectives, fitness level, and experience. Trainers will also evaluate and modify the exercise program according to the changing needs of the individual.
