We had a tapas board (selection of four different tapas) and a tomatogazpacho. Tapas was all deep fried stuff. Tomatogazpacho was a bell pepper and tomato blend with hardly any flavor.
Food is "ok" but not great. Service is so-so. The atmosphere is great but it seems like the place is not what it could/should be. Slice the meat thinner and not in chunks would help a bit.
Helmed by Spanish Executive Chef Antonio Moran who gained his experience and techniques from a number of Spanish Michelin starred kitchens, OM Tapas adopts a "Spanish by Spanish" concept, re-creating traditional Spanish dishes with contemporary techniques and presentation.
