Your pet isn't safe here. They don't follow up with local vet's after 6 contacts. Then take the $10k. Dr. Green was on vacation, and they thought everyone else was going to the job.

Mercenary Veterinary Referral Services. Owned numerous dogs and cats in 40 years, this is the most mercenary group ever encountered. Save your pet's life AND your wallet, go elsewhere.

I have a love/hate relationship with OVRS. Great staff, always there when you need them, but oh so expensive.
