We've collected and created over a hundred soup recipes from around the world and carefully crafted each recipe into a true nincomsoup. The two defining features of a nincomsoup are bold flavours and an abundance of ingredients. Nincomsoups are the heart and soul of our business and not surprisingly a lot of love and dedication goes into making them

Cooked with Minimal Fat

(Typically 1% or less) and therefore naturally lower in fat. Most of our recipes use either extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil.

Generous on Ingredients

And generous on flavour on average containing up to 4 times more solid ingredients than your average soup.

Made From Scratch

Using fresh seasonal produce without the use of additives or preservatives.

Lightly Seasoned

Using unrefined sea salt (typically 0.35g per serving) . Cooked with a gentle heat (max 110c) to preserve flavour, vitamins and nutrients.

Naturally Thick

With flavourful ingredients because we avoid thickeners such as wheat flour or corn starch. Most of our recipes are now wheat free.

Coffees

We take a lot of trouble over our coffee because you have to if you want to make a decent cup. We use the more expensive arabica dominated blend, selected to give a more delicate aroma and flavour. Each morning we calibrate our espresso machine checking for correct extraction times, brew temperature, water pressure, feeling the grind and checking the weight of the beans; we know that even the slightest change will affect the quality of the final cup

You'll also find our mocha and hot chocolate drinks have a unique and pleasing bitter sweet chocolate flavour. We prefer to make our own chocolate base which is more appealing to adult tastes than the excessively sweet commercial blends.

If you are trying to avoid dairy we always have soya milk options for all our drinks at no extra cost.

Juices‏

Juice terminology can be confusing and sometimes deliberately misleading, so here we explain each of our juice ranges.

Vegetable Juices

Are a blend of freshly squeezed vegetables and sometimes fruit.

Icecream Shakes

Are made with premium icecream and milk. Super sweet, super rich, super not good for you!

Snowcaps

Are a blend of ice, sweetened milk and in the case of our coffee snowcap, a freshly drawn single shot of espresso. Snowcaps come in many flavours with or without coffee. We also offer dairy free soya milk alternatives.

Smoothies

Are made using a combination of fresh and frozen fruit for both temperature and nutritional benefits. If it's not 100% fruit then in our book it's not smoothie.

Soya Shakes

Are made of soya milk and fruit, they're a great way to avoid dairy while still enjoying a creamy flavour.

Coolers

Are made by blending ice, orange juice and a small quantity of concentrated fruit puree (10% sugar) .

Breakfast

Breakfast is arguably the most important meal of the day and at nincomsoup we love breakfast so you'll always find an interesting range of hot and cold breakfast options.

Breakfast Pots and Breakfast Stews

We've created a number of hot breakfast dishes based on popular breakfasts ingredients from around the globe. Breakfast pots are vegetarian while the stews are for carnivores.

Freshly Baked Pastries

Butter croissant, pain chocolat, cinnamon swirl, waffle.

Yoghurts

Thick Greek style yoghurt served with fruit purees, fresh fruit or our own oven toasted cereal.

Porridge

A special mix of jumbo oats cooked in vanilla soya milk and a range of fruit, chocolate or nut toppings.

Toast

Made with‏ vogel's oat bran bread and spread with real butter and a choice of conserves.

Oven Baked Cereals

In the‏ afternoons we weigh, blend and bake all our own cereals ready for breakfast. 12 different recipes use various blends of toasted oats, seeds, fruit, chocolate and nuts.

Fresh Fruit Salads

Seasonal mixes‏ of fruit from orchard to tropical.
