Reserve a loaner car and book an appointment ahead of time. Elan is very competent. Henry is very knowledgable. Erik is learning and works hard. They are really trying to become a top cust serv org.

Order it through TrueCar and deal with James Piper. Excellent, non hard-sell dealer. Great experience.

Worst bmw facility i have ever been to. I only come here when i have no other option. Service advisors are incompetent and poorly trained. I prefer Shelly BMW in oc- worth the drive
