cheap and easy way to get to the airport. buy your ticket online (and print) before coming and be prepared to get nauseous in the van. I miss the bus...

Print up confirmation before coming. You have to wait longer if you don't and their machines are not always functioning correctly. But they met me on the corner and carried bags for me, very nice.

Make sure you pick up your ticket before standing in line to board. And remember: they only accept cash at the ticket window located in the building next to the bus stop.

NYCAirporter.com is faster, leaves more frequently. Just walk up to the blue and green buses instead of this.

They've converted from big Greyhound buses, so male a reservation at rush hour.

Terrible terrible terrible. Advertise one price and charge another, doesnt arrive or leave on time, terrible customer service, beg for tips, try to embarass you if you dont. Heres my tip- save yours
