Catering Menu

From Graduation Parties, Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Church Functions, Family Gatherings, Office Meetings, Retirement Luncheons or Celebrations, you name it, we can help make your upcoming event a HUGE success! New Market BBQ Catering Services are very flexible to meet your needs. Available for a business or church function, family event, or social gathering. Select from 100% Hickory PIT Smoked Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Turkey Breast, Chicken or St. Louis Style Pork Spare Ribs. We also offer our amazing Smoked Mac n' Cheese, which is on the 100 Dishes to Eat in Alabama Before You Die List. We have a few different service options available for our catering clients. Package up the food for you to come pickup, which is the least expensive option. Deliver it to your location and set up a self service buffet using disposable chafing pan sets and depart. Your guests will serve themselves and you will tear down. Or, deliver, setup self service buffet and restock as needed and tear down after your guests have finished serving themselves. Last option and most expensive is for us to provide labor to deliver, setup, serve the food to your guests plate and then tear down and depart. Whether we do the setup / serve or you guys just come by and pickup, we are sure that we can work together to come up with a menu and service option that best suits your needs. Open in the Restaurant for pickup on Friday-Saturday 11-7 and Sunday 11-4. Catering services are available during the week with at least 5-7 business days notice. Meat Options

All of meats are smoked in house using a combination of woods to compliment the specific meat. Perfect for your next family, work, or social gathering! We have 5 meat offerings as well as an occasional weekly special. Sauce is ALWAYS on the side. We also use our own in house signature Dry Rub for all of our meats. Come experience the difference and judge for yourself!

Pulled Pork By the Pound

Hickory Pit Smoked Whole Pork Shoulder - still cooking it the old fashioned way - burning wood down to coals and direct firing to impart a very unique flavor profile. Comes with our Vinegar based Red Sauce on the side. Our Red Sauce has a little heat to it, so request Thick Sweet Sauce if you want mild.

Sliced Turkey Breast By the Pound

Dry Rubbed and Pit Smoked Boneless Turkey Breast is served sliced by the pound with our in house signature made from scratch Alabama White Sauce on the side.

Ribs By the Slab

Dry Rubbed and Pit Smoked St. Louis Style Pork Spare Ribs served with our Tangy Thick Sweet Sauce on the side. Ribs are sliced and ready to eat.

Beef Brisket By the Pound

Smoked Mac N' Cheese - On 100 Dishes to Eat in Al Before You Die List!!

We prepare our own cheese sauce from scratch and blend with cooked noodles as well as some extra cheese, top with our signature New Market BBQ Rub and then smoke it in our pit for a bit! OH SO GOOD!!

Smokey Green Beans

If you haven't tried our Green Beans yet, be sure to ask for them on your next visit. We use fresh Garlic and sauteed onions to season our Green Beans. Amazingly GOOD! Even our little ones LOVE our Green Beans.
