Tony YangDecember 27, 2014My wife had a lobster while I had two tails. She mentioned that the meat of the tails was not as tight as that of the lobster. Guess the lobster was fresh but the tails were not.
Oysters are fantastic. I'm a fan of the lobster chowder.
