    Time to fill up with gas is between 9:00 am to 10:30 am and 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Otherwise you will fight with rude consumers to get to a pump.

    3 cents/gallon discount if you use a walmart gift card. Since I'm usually already shopping Walmart anyway, I just have them add funds to the gift card i carry in my wallet.
