Beverages

Millennium Drink Culture - We at Millennium are dedicated to serving only the finest organic and small batch spirits, beer & juices. Our kitchen staff prepares specialty items (like tamarind puree and ginger agave) for our bar daily. Our creative bartenders work closely with Eric and his team when selecting ingredients for beverages and as a result, our cocktail and non alcoholic cocktail lists change as often as our dinner menu does and also reflect the fresh, local and seasonal produce that we are so fortunate to have access to and also to share with you

Wine List

Millennium is committed to providing the highest quality epicurean experience with a minimum impact to our environment. Naturally, this mission extends to our wine list. Many people are unaware that wine made from organically grown grapes is not a new product that exists only in fringe markets. "Organic" is simply a new name for an artisanal farming method; in fact, the great winemaking regions of Europe would not have survived the centuries without the practice of sustainable agriculture. There are many names on our list that may not be familiar to you, but even more surprising will be the names that are. Many of the world's top wine producers are coming clean about "clean" farming and this list will grow to include the finest of their wines. To the best of our knowledge this is the most comprehensive completely organic wine list on earth which, in our opinion, makes it the best wine list as well. We offer many of our wines in smaller pours so you can discover new and interesting vintages. Please ask your server for recommended pairings for a particular dish or some of our suggested flights. Corkage fee: $18. The Millennium staff takes great pride in presenting our guests with a wine list rich in diversity, complimenting the eclectic mix of seasonal ingredients
