Love to work out during late afternoon Mon-Thu. Friday evening I got the gym to myself. I like the Strawberry post workout shake.

Very clean , polite staff , nice environment ..but in the restaurant food takes a lot ..it's fresh I guess that's why , anyways if you wanna stop by and eat come with time to wait

Not really a tip, construction has closed the main entrance. Use tennis entry.
