Historic theater (est. over 100 yrs ago!). Intimate, every seat is good. Saw ‘Bunny Bunny Gilda Radner’ & it was excellent! Will follow future shows for sure.

Intimate live theater in the "sophisticated" Southport Corridor. Saw the Christmas Schooner and would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday classic. No concessions but lots of options close by.

Sit in the front of the Side balconies. Best seats in the house.

Don't wait at the bar outside the theater. Walk thru to Cullens and grab drinks without waiting to bring in the theater.
