Our family-sized platters are a double order of our housemade fries customized with unique sauces and garnishes.

Smoked for 6 hours, our wings are equal parts great wing flavour and amazing housemade sauces. Sold by the pound, they're a great start to any meal. At MFBC we use New York Pork Shoulders that we smoke for a minimum of 24 hours, so low and slow that it melts in your mouth. We pull and sauce fresh to order, so it's never dry or saturated in sauce. Our Pulled Pork is offered with either our Smokehouse Sauce or our Carolina Cider Style Marinade.

At MFBC we cook this cut of meat properly to bring out tenderness, and develop deep flavours by smoking it at 180°f. As with any mature cut of meat that is well aged, your reward is flavour. by ensuring your brisket is well fatted, it allows you to enjoy both tenderness and flavour. Your delicious Brisket is available with Smokehouse or Tales of the Silk Road Sauce. Our Brisket is not available cut lean, and full slices cannot be guaranteed, because it's just that tender.

For our award-winning baby back ribs, we start with the largest back ribs possible, most over 2 lbs a piece. Then we season and coat them with our Memphis Fire dry rub from Jet Set Spice Company. They spend hours in our smoker bathed in hickory smoke until they are competition worthy and NOT FALL OFF THE BONE AND OVER-COOKED. Our Award-Winning Baby Backs are available in two distinct sauce styles. Our traditional SMOKEHOUSE Sauce is a Western South Carolina style barbeque sauce, combining the sharp Apple Cider Vinegar marinades from the coast and the thick tomato based sauces from the Mid-West. Our other classic sauce is TALES OF THE SILK ROAD, a thick Kansas City style sauce that is perfect for Baby Back Pork Ribs.

At MFBC our burger patties are made from fresh, never frozen 100% Ground Chuck. They're seasoned with salt and pepper, nothing else, so they're gluten free too. We sear them on a flat-grill and serve them well done, however, because we use fresh beef, there may be a trace of pink in the patty itself.
